• Chidren from age 3+: 1-2 softgel daily
• Adult: 2-6 softgels daily
Best taken with meal, or as professionally prescribed. For small children, squeeze into child’s mouth or onto food. Can be taken during pregnacy and breastfeeding.
Cautions: Do not take if allergic to soy.
